Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize AWS/GCP infrastructure solutions for high-traffic applications
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Terraform, Kubernetes, and Jenkins
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement security best practices
- mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews for cloud-native services
- Monitor system performance and implement cost optimization strategies
- Document architecture decisions and maintain technical specifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS or GCP
- Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent professional certification
- Proven track record of delivering scalable microservices architectures
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with ambiguous requirements
