Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage secure cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions to automate deployment processes.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and manage container orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Monitor system performance and conduct proactive troubleshooting to ensure optimal uptime.
- Collaborate with software development teams to integrate infrastructure needs into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Enforce security best practices and compliance standards across all cloud environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda) and containerization technologies like Docker.
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS, EKS) for container orchestration.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, specifically Terraform.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
