Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure platforms
- Lead cloud migration projects for enterprise clients with complex legacy systems
- Develop cost optimization strategies and governance frameworks for cloud environments
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide expert guidance on cloud best practices
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior architects and engineers on cloud technologies and methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert-level certifications in AWS (Solutions Architect Professional) or Azure (Solutions Architect Expert)
- Proven track record designing complex multi-cloud environments for enterprise clients
- Deep knowledge of cloud security frameworks (CIS, NIST, SOC 2)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong background in Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
