Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning solutions for predictive modeling and optimization
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical frameworks to uncover business insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations
- Develop data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and experimental design for product optimization initiatives
- Maintain robust data pipelines ensuring data integrity and scalability
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data science or analytics roles

- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights from complex datasets
