Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable systems, leveraging AI, Machine Learning, and next-gen cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and design to drive innovation.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to assess their viability for future products.
- Manage a high-performing team of architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Establish best practices for cybersecurity, data privacy, and system reliability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects and strategic initiatives.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, and automation technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
