Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap to ensure long-term scalability and competitive advantage.
- Lead a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and product strategists in developing next-gen AI and IoT solutions.
- Oversee the migration to cloud-native infrastructure and edge computing environments.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum-ready algorithms) into core products.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and technical debt management.
- Drive cross-departmental collaboration to align technical capabilities with market demands.
- Represent Nexus Horizon at industry conferences and tech summits focused on the future of 2026.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical product management.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing large, cross-functional teams.
- Deep expertise in Future Tech trends, specifically predictive analytics and autonomous systems.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value for stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
