Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, accessible code.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user interactions across all devices and browsers.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to the establishment of coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture planning, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure system stability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Sass, Bootstrap).
- Strong experience with component-based architecture and state management libraries (Redux, MobX, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
