As a key member of our core engineering team, you will bridge the gap between complex generative AI models and seamless, human-centric user interfaces. You will work directly with product leaders and designers to translate visionary concepts into robust, scalable, and accessible web applications.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance, scalable frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js).
- Collaborate with AI researchers to integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics directly into the user interface.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, accessibility, and responsiveness across a wide range of devices and connection speeds.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for code quality, testing, and maintainability.
- Participate in the full SDLC, from technical discovery and prototyping to production deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Deep expertise in modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular, with a preference for React and Next.js.
- Proficiency in CSS (Sass/Tailwind), WebGL, and Three.js for immersive 3D web experiences.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization, accessibility (a11y), and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
