Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of new features from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Perform rigorous code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve bugs with minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Experience implementing RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
