Your Role
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will bridge the gap between design and engineering. You will take ownership of features from conception to deployment, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability. You will mentor junior developers and collaborate closely with product managers to deliver exceptional products.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, including database queries and frontend rendering.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and deployment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with React.js and Node.js or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
