Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance front-end and back-end architectures.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability across all platforms.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in production and development environments.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
