Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant code solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and participate in pair programming sessions to ensure code quality.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on technical challenges and career development.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a superior user experience.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Strong experience with backend technologies, preferably Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agile environment.
