Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experience across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify and resolve technical debt to ensure long-term system stability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as RESTful API design.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
