Location: Charlotte, NC (Primary) / Virginia (Secondary Support).
Job Type: Full Time, Exempt.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate complex requirements into elegant code solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards of software quality and security.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in production environments with minimal downtime.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and code architecture.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote and hybrid team setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
