Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate complex requirements into intuitive code.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and implement best practices for security, performance, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Optimize database queries and API responses to ensure sub-second load times.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Debug complex issues and deploy fixes to production environments with zero downtime.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
