Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following strict best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior and senior team members.
- Optimize application performance, ensure responsiveness, and troubleshoot complex bugs.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is a plus.
