Responsibilities
- Design & Build: Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code; perform code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers and backend teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions to improve system performance.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Deployment: Collaborate with DevOps to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack environments.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
