Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security for a seamless user experience.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to foster team growth.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify technical debt and implement refactoring strategies to improve code maintainability.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure robust system reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and state management libraries.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
