Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of complex web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud-native technologies.
- Architect and optimize backend services to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and contribute to technical strategy and best practices.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to drive project momentum.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in production environments efficiently.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on React, Node.js, or similar full-stack technologies.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
