Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality across the team.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal application performance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive project momentum.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap and architecture decisions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Backend development experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
