Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Backend, Product) to define feature requirements and implementation strategies.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring best practices for security and performance.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to ensure code quality standards are met.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in a production environment.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools (Sequelize, TypeORM).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player attitude.
