Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, backend) to define and implement new features.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues quickly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong database skills (SQL and NoSQL) including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
