Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and implement best practices for security, performance, and maintainability.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the engineering team.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our tech stack remains cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
