Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-availability web applications using modern technologies like React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features from concept to launch.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize application performance, ensure responsiveness across devices, and troubleshoot complex issues.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
