Responsibilities
- Develop and Deploy: Build and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- System Architecture: Design robust backend APIs and front-end interfaces that ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to improve application speed and reliability.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies to ensure timely project delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React, Vue, or Angular with a strong understanding of state management.
- Backend: Strong experience in Node.js, Python, or Java, and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
