Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React and Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define features and user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to foster team growth and knowledge sharing.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js (or similar modern frameworks).
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
