- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues and implement robust solutions to technical challenges.
- Mentorship: Guide junior team members and contribute to the team's technical growth and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js or Python and RESTful API design.
- Database: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
