Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring high code quality and performance.
- Optimize database queries and application architecture to ensure fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to technical best practices and documentation.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to business challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
