Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Go).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, product managers, and engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and maintainability.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, providing timely solutions to production problems.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Strong experience with back-end development, API design, and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
