We are looking for a visionary engineer who excels at bridging the gap between design and development. In this role, you will lead the architecture of scalable web applications, mentor junior developers, and drive technical excellence across the board.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of front-end and back-end components for our flagship products.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices and security standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring a seamless user experience on all devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve our tech stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and modern frameworks.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
