Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures using modern frameworks.
- Code Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality features.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the application stack and optimize database queries and frontend rendering for maximum speed.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Testing & QA: Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and stability.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation for all systems and APIs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Java, with experience in RESTful API design.
- Database: Solid experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
