Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of responsive, user-centric web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, backend) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Conduct troubleshooting and debugging tasks to resolve complex technical issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
