Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure backend services using Node.js and Python.
- Architect responsive and intuitive frontend user interfaces with a focus on React and modern CSS frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the technical roadmap and architecture decisions.
- Ensure all code is clean, maintainable, and adheres to industry best practices and security standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack environments.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern state management libraries.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
