We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the technical direction of our core products and mentor the next generation of developers.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications using modern technologies such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features with high attention to detail.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality and data flow.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
