Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and a seamless user experience across devices.
- Maintain and refactor existing codebases to improve maintainability and reduce technical debt.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of excellence.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Implement best practices for security, testing, and documentation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expert-level knowledge of React.js and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
