Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, conducting regular code reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster team growth.
- Participate in architectural discussions to define technical strategy and best practices.
- Deploy and manage applications on cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) using CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
