Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud technologies.
- System Design: Lead the technical architecture for new features, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to uphold engineering standards.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Marketing) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimization: Analyze application performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, or Angular.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java, and RESTful API design.
- Database: Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with AWS or Azure and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
