Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features with high attention to detail.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular) and one backend language (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
