Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal user experience.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical strategy discussions.
- Testing: Implement rigorous testing strategies to ensure software reliability and security.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Technology Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Location: Must be located in Chicago, IL, willing to work in-office.
