Our client is a rapidly growing enterprise in Portland, dedicated to revolutionizing their industry through technology. We are currently expanding our engineering department and looking for a local expert to lead key projects.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into intuitive, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and agile sprint planning sessions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Troubleshoot complex bugs and issues, providing robust solutions for production environments.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expert-level experience with at least one major front-end framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and state management patterns.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting within the Portland area.
