What You'll Do:

Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Lead the design and development of complex full-stack features, ensuring technical feasibility and scalability.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- API Development: Design and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL interfaces that power our frontend applications.
- Performance Tuning: Identify performance bottlenecks in the stack and implement optimizations to improve load times and responsiveness.
- Testing & QA: Develop comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software reliability.
- DevOps Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps engineers to streamline deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Core Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Databases: Deep understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and debugging skills with a focus on delivering high-quality code.
- Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders and team members.
