The Role:
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be the technical lead for our core product line. You will bridge the gap between complex backend logic and intuitive frontend experiences, ensuring our solutions are robust, secure, and user-centric.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Architect scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs using Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure best practices and code quality.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring 99.9% uptime and fast load times.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to streamline the release process.
- Participate in architectural decision-making to guide the technical direction of the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with at least one major backend framework (Node.js, Django, Spring Boot) and one major frontend framework.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
