Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define features and user stories.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring responsive and lightning-fast user experiences across all devices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architectural planning to deployment and maintenance.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
