Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, conducting code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize application performance and security.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Python.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
