Responsibilities
- Develop & Design: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
- System Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Team Leadership: Conduct code reviews, lead technical discussions, and mentor junior developers.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
