Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define feature requirements.
- Testing: Conduct thorough code reviews and perform unit testing to ensure high software quality.
- Optimization: Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across all devices.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
- Deployment: Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment processes and ensure CI/CD pipelines are effective.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
