We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about clean code, architecture, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python).
- Database Management: Design efficient database schemas and optimize queries for PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in rigorous code reviews and unit testing.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor application performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the team's technical culture and best practices.
- Deployment: Collaborate with DevOps to automate CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments to cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Backend: Strong experience with server-side languages (Node.js, Java, or Python) and RESTful APIs.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agile environment.
