Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable infrastructure for next-generation AI applications and quantum computing integrations.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging industry standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, product, and engineering teams to translate complex concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Drive innovation in computational efficiency, reducing latency and maximizing throughput for distributed systems.
- Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) and presenting findings to the executive board.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish high-quality coding standards and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field (PhD preferred for senior roles).
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading technical teams on complex, large-scale projects.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, and deep familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, Neural Networks, and Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-stakes problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
