Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of high-scale distributed systems using microservices and cloud-native architectures.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing and Neural Interfaces.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to bridge the gap between technical possibilities and business requirements.
- Oversee system security, compliance, and disaster recovery planning for critical infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and full-stack development.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects with budgets exceeding $5M.
- Expertise in Python, Go, Rust, or similar high-performance languages.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning pipelines and Data Engineering architectures.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse, distributed engineering teams.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
