Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance architecture for our next-gen AI and data platforms.
- Lead 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical strategy for upcoming innovations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of senior engineers and developers in best practices and advanced technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimization & Security: Oversee system performance optimization and implement rigorous security protocols for sensitive data.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving unstructured, complex problems.
